This error indicates a problem with a dependency. Please repair or reinstall Connect Workflow and make sure all Windows updates are installed as well.
Ok I am trying to modify instance of installation and repair with install package. Unfortunately during installation it throws error “PlanetPress Workflow 8 has encountered an error and has to close. Please contact your resellers.”
What can I do with it ?
I have also removed and installed again workflow. Didn’t help with SOAP plugin problem. Any other idea?
At this point I suggest you contact our technical support team which will be able to remote on your workstation and help you with this.
You can do so by calling at 1-866-348-5863 or through our website.
Make sure you have Administrator rights when you install the application. If that’s already the case, then I would suggest you open a call with our Support team to resolve the issue.
(Edit: just noticed @hamelj posted at just about the exact same time as I did, but I would still advise you double-check if the account you’ve been using to install/repair the software has Admin rights before calling the Support team… they will be asking anyway!)
