When I am sending a job to workflow I am getting a message Preview File has not been processed

I click ok and test however my PDF is blank. I have my job creation and output preset. I even re-created them. How do I make this message go away?
What is the purpose of this? I do not need a preview

No other information. It just doesn’t work.
Is this error only with this certain template? I’m sure it has to do with something weird in this template, like a path or an image, which is preventing Connect to create a preview of the template.

Preview may be useful to check visually the selected template in workflow to be sure that you select the expected one.
Job creation and Output preset are not required to generate the preview. The main reason why preview cannot be created is that the template is corrupted. In any other case, it should generate at least a dummy preview.
Can you provide more information about the version of software and OS where the problem exists? In addition, it will be helpful to have the template file and data file that cause the problem.

I only get this error when I send to work flow. Not when I am creating a preview.
Can you provide the template file? I will try to replicate the error.

The template file has some error in it. Because of the error the “Send to Workflow…” action cannot generate a preview file.
The error in template has to be fixed before sending to Workflow.
