If I send template/datamapper/prest for the first time, it gets sent successfully. I can see them under Connect Resources in Workflow. But then, if I made some adjustment in template and I want to send it again to workflow, it won’t override the old one. Every time I need to remove it from Connect Resources in Workflow and then send it again from Design (or use import feature in Workflow).
Is there a way to make Send to Workflow
feature to allow override existing resources in Workflow?
So, it overwrites them by default as long as the name is the same. I assume you’re running the services as full local administrator and that you’re not actually encountering a permissions issue.
However, there’s a longstanding visual bug in Workflow concerning templates (both PlanetPress Suite templates and Connect templates). Namely, the “Last Modified Date” under Properties does not get updated until you close the Workflow interface and re-open it.
This is strictly a visual bug.
If you were to actually run a process that uses that template, you’ll see that it uses the updated resources.
I was assuming that template is not updated by checking out a timestamp in properties.
Thanks for help.
