Hi - we use a secure email service where we place a keyword in the subject line and compose the email accordingly. When the recipients receive the email they need to login to view the email. I have set up the secure email plugin to test this and it sent the email but was not through the secure process. I do need to use the email content in designer so I also tried it using the create email plugin. Do you know if this is possible?

Can you please explain what you mean by “through the secure process”? Are you for example not able to “place a keyword in the subject line”?
I can place a keyword in the subject line but when the recipient gets the email it is just a regular email. We go through Cisco Secure Email Service. So when the keyword is used the recipient will get an email instructing them to login in using a user name and password. then they will be able to open the email. Hope this helps.
