Script works when viewing the master page but not in the section page

Hi,

I put the same positioned box in both Master Page 1 and Print Section 1. The box contains data and is linked to a script code (show/hide box depending on certain criteria).

When I preview the Master Page the script works.

When I preview the Section page, the box that’s on the Section page works with the script but not that of the Master Page.

What I am missing?

There could be many reasons why this is happening and not enough details are available to be able to give a proper answer. I would suggest opening a ticket with us at support so we could have a closer look at your designer remotely. Thank you!
