celox,
My guess is that you have images in your document. Please check the size of your images, maybe you can optimized them before importing them into Connect.
Hope this helps!

Lairj,
I expected this answer already… is there any other way?
celox,
What is the file size of your data file before creating the PDF? How many PDF pages are being created? Are you creating the PDF with Connect?

If you do have images in your PDF, the only way to reduce the size is to reduce the quality of your images, which of course is probably not what you want.
The only way this could not be the case is if there’s one image that’s repeated many times and the software that generates the PDF doesn’t know how to optimize it (aka repeats the image data instead of storing it once in a variable/dictionnary and referring to that variable in the other pages), but there’s not much we can do about this if that’s the case.

My data file is 0.26MB after the “create print content” after my “Create Output (PDF)” my PDF file is 3MB.
Edit: recrompressen my PDF stationary in a different way (used preview on MAC OS X). my reports are around 1mb.
