Hello. I am trying to resize a QR code. When I attempt to do this using the corner handles, it crops rather than resize; even when I hold shift while doing this. There was a post back in October 2017 with a reply that is not applicable.
You have to right-click on the Barcode, select Barcode… from the contextual menu.
From there, change the value of the field Scale from None to Proportional.
