QR Code Detection - Unable to read code

Hi,

Since few days,

Workflow barcode plugin don’t wan’t read QRCode on A4 document.
The system work fine since several years and we change nothing on the code designer and scan settings.

Somebody have the same trouble ?

In response to your forum post I would like to share the following questions with you:

  1. Does the issue occur by executing the Barcode Scan Workflow plugin?

  2. Does the issue occur in OL Connect Professional version 2023.2?

  1. Are you able to read the QR code from the PDF document example.pdf (2.9 KB)?
