Proof Print Not Process Right

My IT just uninstall and re-install the connect designer on the desktop. This same I have before but this time I cannot proof print from connect. Any ideas that he missed what option when re-install the software?

The same template I was able to proof print before he re-install connect designer.

I think it depends on what is causing the proof print to fail.
