Please make sure that the printer has also been installed in the PlanetPress Workflow Service logon account.
If the PlanetPress Workflow Services are run with the “Local System” account, this account may not have access to the printer on the remote server. Instead you should use a domain account with local administrative privileges on the PlanetPress Server to run the PlanetPress Workflow Services as.
To set the PlanetPress Workflow services with a domain user account, open the PlanetPress Workflow Configuration, then click on Tools in the menu bar and click on Configure Services… Under the “This Account” section, select Display network and domains usernames and select your account and confirm its password.
The printer must also be installed under this user account profile. To do this, log into Windows as the user, navigate to \servername from Windows File Explorer, double click on “printername” to install it.
