I am printing to ID Card printers. The forms were developed in Planet Press Suite Designer and imported to the Planet Press Connect Workflow 8.5 on a Windows 2012R2 server.

The card printers (Datacard use a standard ID card size - ISO ID-1. This is not a size option in Designer so I set the form to custom and enter the page sizes - 5.3980cm and 8.56cm. It is interesting to note here that the Planet Press Suite Designer form converts 8.56 to 8.5601 automatically.

When the form is sent to teh printer I get the following warnings in the Workflow log:

WARN : 15:14:08.947 Page “$SCHWENDEN_B” is not of a supported page size by the printer driver
WARN : 15:14:08.948 Page “$ClearVars” is not of a supported page size by the printer driver
WARN : 15:14:08.948 Page “$SetVars” is not of a supported page size by the printer driver

“$ClearVars” and “$SetVars” are not even set to eject. Are these just because I am using a Custom Paper size in the form?

By teh way - I am using the “Print using a Windows Driver” output.
