Printing Output

In connect designer, I have a print section that is using a PDF background of 3 pages. The first page includes some variables. When printing from the connect designer using proof print, all pages print properly, however when using the print option or running the workflow it is only printing the first page. I am selecting the same output and job creation.

Any thoughts?
