I’m just starting to learn about OL Connect Automate and I’ve tried the first demo video I found, but I can’t get it to work. The Preview PDF component isn’t showing the templates available on my server. I don’t know what else to check.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You first need to define the Connect Server connection. Once done, the list will appear in the Template field.
To show the list of Template, it first need to Connect to the Server to retrieve the list.
Thank you. After configuring the connection server, the template list is still not displayed, but it works if I type the name.
Weird. As soon as I selected the Connect Server and move my cursor in the field, the arrow to drop down appear.
It’s strange, yes, but it seems to be working now. At least I was able to create a PDF preview.

A while ago, I noticed that web browsers treats these kind of input fields differently. For instance, in Microsoft Edge the arrow icon is shown when you hover over the input field but this icon isn’t shown in Mozilla Firefox, instead you simply need to click twice in the input field to view the list.
