We’ve seen this before, and we have found that this can sometimes be caused by a corrupt MS-Access driver (Messenger uses an Access Database in the background). This can occur after an update to Windows, Office, or Office 365.
You can check if that’s really the source of the issue by doing the following:
Open the Workflow Configuration Tool
Go to Preferences > PlanetPress Capture
Make sure the Use ODBC Database option is NOT ticked
Click Reset Database
If you get the error message “Unable to load odbcji32.dll”, then the issue is caused by the DB Engine.
