pp connnect - Output preset option - Cut & Stack 0 Duplex option

I have built a simple demo to understand how to create a 4 – up a few month ago. The result is to be duplex and the data on both sides of the post card should the same. I did this simple demo in PP Connect 1.0.

I also have defined a Output pre-set file. I am using the option Cut & Stack. In the PP Connect Design – Output Preset – Cut & Stack, before version 1.2.1, there was a drop down for Duplex.

I have a screen capture of this option in the cut & stack panel.

In PP Connect 1.2.1 this option is not there anymore,

I have examine several time all the steps in the output pre-set but I did not see it. I can make it work duplexing correctly and the data at the front match the data at the back. Does PP Connect apply this option automatically but in some case the user would prefer to choose the way to duplex (duplex short edge or duplex – log edge)

I am not sure if this a bug or it was done one purpose. I would appreciate some clarification, please.

Thank you

Hello Frank,

Duplex settings are now configured in the Sheet Configuration dialog, in the Print Properties. If you select Duplex in this window, you can use the “tumble” option to simulate a flip on the other edge (“notebook” flip).
