PostScrip File Print

Hello;

In Planet Press Suite 7, I optimized the live job to PlanetPress 8, but I get an error.

Error description;

When we send the workflow with the design EFI PPD we prepared at PlanetPress Connect Desing

Folder Capture(xml file)
Execute DataMapping (fed with xml)
Create Print Content (design template)
Create Job (No Custom Setting)
Create Output (Windows printer mode (also tried in Promt for file name mode), EFI PPD with simplex, duplex setting only)
Metadata File Manamegent (Delete Metadata)
I am getting the error of Printer using Windows Driver (W3001: Error while executing plugin: W3742: Unsupported file format.). ----Debug Mod----

Folder Capture
Execute DataMapping (fed with xml)
Create Print Content (design template)
Create Job (No Custom Setting)
Create Output (Windows printer mode (also tried in Promt for file name mode), EFI PPD with simplex, duplex setting only)

I select Printer Queue Output and I catch the job and it prints this warning when I print it by hand. ("ERROR: invalidaccess OFFENDING COMMAND: def STACK: CFFArial-Bold, 2507, filestream -, sco, [0.502 0.502 .0502])

I run the same process in Planet Press Suit7 and can print

How can I resolve this situation?

Actually, I’m doing my preparations in trial version. Could the PlanetPress stamp lead to this problem? how can i test it. I can not update the version without completing these tests

Try generating a PostScript Level 2 output in Connect and spool it to the printer via LPR.

The problem is solved when I try Level 2 thanks
However, given the output speed and graphics improvements, I have to use level 3.
how can i solve the problem at level 3

The printer might not be able to handle high compression at PS 3. Check with the provider\manufacturer. You might need to use light and optimised graphics at PS 2. Or you might need to upgrade the printer’s firmware and\or driver to fullly take advantage of all PS 3 features.

Also "
W3001: An error occurred while running the add-on: W3742: Unsupported file format. "
This error continues.

strange situation, but I’m working on Planet Press Suite 7 as PS3

Please check my previous comment above.

Also where exactly are you getting the W3742: Unsupported file format error? Is this on a specific plugin? If so, which one and what data format are you feeding to the plugin?
