Hi - I am wondering if there is a way or a module or add on or something for us to take a fillable pdf (already created not through Connect) and then pass it through connect to add a couple pieces of data and still be a fillable pdf?

Nope, that functionality doesn’t exist in Connect.

I haven’t personally experimented with that kind of functionality, but perhaps someone else in the community has a bright idea for you.
Once the PDF goes through Connect, it is flatten and loose all “input field” option.
I dont have such a pdf with form here, so I cannot test it. But what about the output option “Pass-through PDF resources”?
You can try it but I remeber that even with that it was no longer working after.
I just tried it and even with the PDF Passthrough option, the input field stop working.
