Output Presets in 2021.1

Did the format of Output Presets change? My users are reporting that output presets are failing after the upgrade.

There haven’t been specific changes to the output presets in 2021.1 that would stop them from working, of which I’m aware. Can you you elaborate on how the presets are failing (are they failing to load in designer, or are failing to be actioned in workflows? etc…)

Alex, sorry for the delayed reply. So rude to post a question and then ignore the response!. This was a red herring, my user panicking and making assumptions. One issue was due to the upgrade to 2021, a change to the data.filename API, which tech support identified and helped me work around. The other is a mystery, which I’ll cover in a separate post. So, no issues were REALLY about Output Presets.
