Is it possible to do this in Connect, document is mapped with email address added and normal email process is performed with a preset sending out the emails with the document as attachment. Client wants the email to go to a checkpoint so they can check the attached document, amend if necessary and then the email is resent to the end user. I think they want some sort of web based control, maybe select the attachment from a list to check and then maybe another list to resubmit from. They do want the ability to edit the document so it is possible a different PDF is then forwarded on.
My thoughts are the original document is presented outside of any email process to the web portal and the user releases them to a process that then emails them, essentially a file release to a second process. They would have to release any that were not edited and ensure any that were edited are released instead of the original, a 2 phase release.
