Just wondering, there is no drag of box item? For initial placing this saves a lot of time.

Keep the Ctrl key pressed on ‘dropping’ a data field generates an absolute positioned box at the cursor position. An unique ID is assigned to the box and the accompanying script is added to the Scripts pane.

Hi Eric, how do you drop a data field? I tried dragging, pasting… I have to find my way a bit.

Reread your initial question. In order to create a draggable box you need to click the Insert Positioned Box on the toolbar.
Alternatively you could create a similar object when dragging a field from the Data Model pane to the page while keeping the Ctrl key pressed.
