New to PP. Best format for static backers?

Hi all.

Our company is converting from Opus to Planet Press. Most of our static backer forms are currently in Opus’ proprietary format.

I’d like get some opinions on the best format to use in PP that is a good compromise between file size and quality. PDF? Word Doc? Some sort of Image format? Does PP have a proprietary format?

Your best bet would be PDF. This way if you need to do some modification, you will be able to extract info from the PDF, provided that the PDF is a text PDF, not an image.
PlanetPress Connect doesn’t have a proprietary format.
