We are excited to announce the latest release of our OL Connect Automate nodes, version 0.9.14. Here’s what’s new and improved:
Improvements
- Mark sets for deletion node : Will mark processed sets (job sets, content sets and data sets) for deletion. In addition to being deleted from the OL Connect server at the earliest opportunity, these sets will also no longer appear in any node queries. This feature can be especially useful in commingling workflows where files are processed on a daily or weekly schedule, or through scheduled tasks.
- Job statistics node : This node retrieves job statistics for files and jobs processed through the OL Connect nodes, enabling job tracking and performance analysis.
- Query Items node : Added the
flow
property so you can now refer to a variable set in your flow directly. - Folder capture node : The folder path property can now be constructed through a JSONata expression.
- Folder listing node : You can now specify the folder path through the
msg
property. - Paginated output: It is no longer necessary to include a paginated job node in your workflow if you are not using any features from a job preset file. This requires updating to OL Connect 2024.1.2 for this feature to work properly.
Important Bug Fixes
- Data update node : Fixed an issue where the OL Connect server could give errors when feeding many records at once.
- Query items node : Fixed an issue where the Match values options would always revert back to the default value ‘All’ after the dialog was saved and reopened.
