Network printer - missing characters

When printing a pdf file to a local/network printer some of the layout are missing. Properly because the printer is only a pcl printer.

In the old PP Suite this could be solved by making a “blank” design document and choosing that form one the printer. Then all the characters where there.

If I try the same form in PP Connect, I just get a Access denied with line SelectMedia(x,x,x,….) – there is no media setting in the old design form.

Any hints of how to print out and get all the data correct to a pcl printer?
