Trying to use the MS Word Document-to_PDF conversion plugin and get the error that the “PlanetPRess Word-to-PDF Printer” is not installed.
Error W3914 followed by error W1603.
How do I resolve?
First and foremost, please take heed of the warning in our documentation regarding this plugin.
With that out of the way, normally, this printer is created upon inserting the Word to PDF action in the Workflow.
If it has been deleted for any reason, the first step would be to try re-adding the action. Upon hitting OK, you should see the above prompt to re-install the printer.

Thanks, double-clicking the plugin-in did recreate the printer upon closing the dialog. I use this plugin to convert RTF files to PDF. If there’s another method for that, let me know!
