I’m having trouble printing my template. I’ve been developing an template that has numerous dynamic pictures and a JSON script. I am also using a 1 main database + 3 lookup tables being called as action steps using a jdbc driver to extract specific field values. I’ve installed the driver on my workstation where the template was developed as well as the processing server. I’ve used desinger on the server as well to preview the template and everything is okay. But when I go to print it, I get the following error:
LoggedApplicationException: There was an error running the content creation process caused by null
Can you let us know please what happen when you only print the record which you are previewing via the Connect Designer application?
Can you also let us know if it is possible for you to share at least the Template. Please make sure that the Template doesn’t contain sensitive information in that case.

I have opened a technical support case. I will update this board with the findings. Based on a search here, the specific message I do get in the datamapper is that the error goes away after Versions 2020.2.1
The warning is Circular/multiple reference encountered when processing “documetnSetGroupingFields” property (Core_602). The the final red error is Print Error (Dsgn_251)
