Load local JQuery file vs having to use cdn

I was hoping to use a local resource location to load my jquery file. Is there anyway to do this or am I limited to using only a cdn? running Connect version 1.6.1.40597

You may add a local JavaScript Library to the JavaScripts folder in the Resources tab. If you right-click on the folder and select “New Remote JavaScript”, there is an option to upload a local JavaScript.

You could also use the HTTP Server Input 2 in Workflow and store local static resources there instead of embedding them in your templates.
