I am wondering if someone could help. My coworker tried to update Connect Designer and he got message that with his licence update is not possible. When we tried to update licence with update manager it got stuck and this is the window what shows:
Can you open a new ticket via our ‘Online Community (link)’ website for this please? The reason why I am asking this is because I assume that we need some additional information or schedule a remote session perhaps to get a better understanding about the issue at hand.
You can also consider to download the installer of the version to which your co-worker would like to upgrade the Designer application via the Software Download webpage on our ‘Web Activation Manager (link)’ (WAM) website instead. The Software Download webpage can be reached after logging in on the WAM website.
