Imposition NUP problem

Hi,
We have a C9 access mail licence process the outputs a multi page machine barcoded PDF to A4 that contains different length documents everyday
I have done a task in pres to convert it to A3 Imposition (NUP) which works ok and outputs the A3 pdf but if i put a big file in with a lot of pages (20,000) it fails and just outputs the pdf exactly the same (A4) as when I put it in

I have attached the log fie which it produces showing the following error
Thanks for looking

Dear @fergal,

First of all, welcome on our OL Learn forum!

Based on the shared information I would like to suggest to open a technical support ticket via our website because we probably have to investigate the Connect logs plus the PDF input file and used Connect resources to find out what is causing this issue.
