what is real real Method of stopping workflow service if its working Marging the 100000 file how can i clear previous cache of workflow.

how can clear all processes and files.

When you stop Workflow, it sends a message to all active processes to finish their current file and stop. If a process is stuck (hanging), then Workflow cannot stop.

I suggest you open the PlanetPress Workflow Console (type console in Windows), and right-click on Workflow in the tree list, select Kill…

As far as cleaning all remaining files, you might want to look at your process to see where you are storing the resulting concatenation.

You might as well want to delete everything from the Spoll folder located here:

C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Workflow 8\PlanetPress Watch\Spool
