I made folder capture which named input and also give them masks Trigger to start file.

But when i paste file and also paste trigger file its not working so what can i do to resolved it.

It sounds like you used a Serial Input task instead of a Folder Capture task. Serial Inputs are for capturing data from a COM port and are very rarely used these days.

Also, with a Folder Capture, you don’t need a trigger file: the file that you are capturing is the trigger file. Simply drop the file in the watched folder and it will get picked up by the process as long as it matches the specified mask.
