Http and Node imput problem

Hello all,
We have a problem, which we cannot diagnose. This occurs with two processes one with an Http-Server-Input process and the other with a NodeJS-Server-Input process. Which receive requests and return invoices in pdf, both have the auto-duplication option applied.
at some point the processes stop generating pdfs. Inspecting the folders:
C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Workflow 8\PlanetPress Watch\nodeJS<process_name>
C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Workflow 8\PlanetPress Watch\http<process_name>
contain thousands of files (.txt and .rsd) and folders, requests keep coming in and planetpress doesn’t resolve them leading to total system instability.
all this without showing any error in the console log. We would like to know if there is a way to see any kind of log that could help us in gain insight of the problem.

Hi @dtraico,

Could you let me know please in which version of PReS- or PlanetPress Workflow the issue does occur?

Have you already checked if the ppNode and ppw log files, stored at the following location, contains any warning or error messages?

C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Workflow 8\PlanetPress Watch\Log\
