How to send an email newsletter through Workflow while using a service such as Sparkpost to track bounces etc?

Hi,

We are hoping to use Connect and Workflow to send out a newsletter, track responses and deal with unsubscribes though tying it into our account at Sparkpost. I am not a developer so it’s all a bit technical for me. I think we have to use their API somehow, using webhooks perhaps but I’ve no idea how to start. Is there any OL technical guide anywhere for this? (Written not videos as I can’t watch videos at work unless subtitled).

I’m particularly interested in enabling an unsubscribe link/workflow.

There’s a demo available which has a quite similar topic (Email-Tracking):

All the files and a description readme.html file will be installed on C:\ProgramData\OL Learn\Demos\demo-emailtracking.

Maybe this helps to understand how that could be done.

Thanks, we had already had a look at this but it didn’t really fit our purposes as we wish to use Sparkpost as a third party tracker. But thank you for answering!
