When I select ‘Proof Print’, I can give my output file a name and directory, but no PDF is generated and no error is given. When I select ‘Print’, I get an error that it can’t connect to my Print Server. This is all in Designer.
This sounds like the sort of issue that would be far easier to work through in a remote session. If you’re still having problems, I’d recommend placing a service request either online or by phone.
