How do you do "force front" on a section?

My template has 3 sections: Cover Page, Index Page and Order Book Page. The end user wants the job printed duplex like a book so the last sheet in each section should be printed as a blank page.
In their v7 template there are blank pages that activate when &current.printpage mod 2 = 1 and the data shows “Page 1”, meaning we’ve reached the start of the next section of the book to force front on the next page. Does the duplexing feature in Connect Designer handle this situation or should I be looking at the Output module’s Booklet Imposition feature?

You could say that “force front” is native in Connect as duplexing across section hasn’t been implemented…yet. See documentation on this.
