How do I send e-mail with Connect as a PDF WITHOUT producing content in the body of the e-mail message?

I’m not sure which Connect plug-ins should be used to simply create a PDF and send it as an email attachment.

Is using a Create Print Content with a Create Output action configured as PDF output valid for this and would it work with the traditional PDF Splitter and Send Email output task in the automation workflow?

thanks for the advice!

Lou

Hi Lou,

If you have in the same template Print context and email context then you can attach the print context as PDf document. So, in “Email Info” of the “Create Email Content”, check the option “Print Context as PDF document” in attachments.

I hope that answers your question

Yes, I just want to make sure using the “Print Context as PDF” option won’t create content in the body of the e-mail message. Is that true?

thank you!

Lou

Is true. the “Print Context as PDF” option allow you to attach the pdf in the email.
