FTP Output not sending files

Hi there,

I’m trying to set this up but can’t seem to get my files to transfer.

I’m not seeing any errors while debugging in workflow but I’m also not see any files appearing on the ftp.

I’ve tried 2 different servers one is ours the other a providers server and I’m getting the same behavior on both ftp servers.

Is there any where I can see what’s happening or where I should be looking to debug this ?

Okay so it seems that workflow was not sending files. They where just going to

C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Workflow 8\PlanetPress Watch\ftpPut

and sitting there.

We did service restart in workflow this morning and it cleared this folder out and sent the files to the ftp.
