I get this in a Dialog when I attempt to open Workflow. The configuration loads, then this dialog. When I close the dialog, Workflow exits. Anyone seen this? Know of a fix? I have a support call pending.
I tried a “Repair” from the Installer, that did not resolve the problem.
I would think that the application fails to open the last resource you sent to Workflow (DM Config or Template). That could occur if the file (which is a ZIP file) is corrupt and unable to be unpacked.
Go to your C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Workflow 8\PlanetPress Watch\Documents\In folder and check if there are any files in there with the ol-datamapper or ol-template extensions. If there are, move them somewhere else to a backup location. Any other file in that folder can be deleted.
Now launch the Configuration tool once again, it should start just fine.
To find out which file(s) is/are corrupt, open each of the files you moved one by one.
Or if you just want to get it over with, make a note of the file names. The use Connect Designer to re-send the original versions of these files to Workflow.
