I am encountering a problem when I start Planet Press WorkFlow, the following message appears:
“Exception EDirectoryMonitorException in module ppwcg.exe at 00261BB3.
Error opening directory for watching: O sistema não pode encontrar o caminho especifico.”
Does anyone have any tips on this error?
How can I solve it?

Hello,
I see that a similar issue we had in the past was resolved by doing a reset. A rest will not affect the actual config (processes) setup but it will reset the window panes and any preferences to the default state of the Workflow.
Should you want to try that, close the application. Once closed, hold the Ctrl key down and double click on the application to open it. Please keep the Ctrl key down until the software opens.
