When trying to run Serverconfig with another user connected to the server, the following error appears.
(The error is in Brazilian Portuguese)
I’ve already tried to change the user in the “OLConnect_Server” service, but it still has the same error.
Would there be a way to change the user that runs this application?
OL Connect Designer and Server are designed to work with the user with which it was installed. Doing otherwise is unsupported. The user can be changed by reinstalling the application.
OL Connect Workflow can be used by users other than the one who installed it.

I inform you that it was not necessary to reinstall the program. I used the same tip I got in this other post User service WorkFlow - Upland OL User community and it solved the problem.

The screenshot shared by @Marcvia contains the following error message:
Server Engine Preference Files Missing
Unable to locate the Server Engine Preferences Files.
Please ensure the server engine and the configuration tool are running under the same username.
