I’m having an issue that started a few weeks ago. Sometimes my jobs fail due to a strange error:
There was an error running the output creation process caused by ApplicationException: No pdf object defined for checksum 964489a17601169f69ce70ba946053fd
Can you reproduce the error at will using the same data and any other resources?
Do you have external PDF involved either as input for the Datamapper, called dynamically via a script or as image resources in Connect?
No, I don’t have an external PDF involved (I do have jpg images involved).
And it’s complex to replicate, this happens at the end of the process so I have to wait until the job is processed to test this, but the last time it happened I reprocessed the job and the error was fired again until the third time I tried it and it didn’t happen.
The only thing that I changed during these weeks is the time that the server cleans the temporary files, but I reduced it to 3 hours, these jobs will not take more than 30 minutes, so I’m not sure if that’s related.
If you can’t reproduce it at will with the exact same resources everytime, than it is more likely a glitch which can be due to a variety of sources…memory and CPU usage comes to mind.
