Error I1004, I1005

hi guys, i have a problem, my question is if have a problem with the permission in the workflow?

thanks for your help

This does indeed look like a permissions issue, yes.

Make sure the service account running the Workflow has native permissions to this location.

As a quick test, you can try logging into some other Windows machine with that account and browsing to that path. If you’re prompted for a username and password, your account doesn’t have native permissions and that will need to be resolved first.

It’s also not uncommon for folks doing a migration to forget to set a service account in the first place. By default, the workflow will use the “Local System” account, which has no access to network paths. Go to Tools > Configure Services to ensure that a valid account is set.

hi albert, i tomorrow try that , today is closed the vpn, thanks
