Data Matrix Barcode

I have this on my div in my template for data matrix barcode. I can see the div is the in the right position but the barcode is not display. Anyone know of why?

Hi Katie0004,

There are a couple of basic checks if you can’t see your barcode, Firstly switch to the preview view, as the barcodes are not drawn in the design view. You can do this using the preview tab at the bottom of the design window.

Secondly check the barcode script to make sure that data is assigned to the barcode, that your datamapper is open, and that the data is valid for your barcode type.

If you are still having difficulty after this send the template and datamapper to your local support team.
