All workflow processes that I have currently set up stop at the step when the data mapping is executing, it idles for a very long time and no error message is provided.
Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Check if your Connect Server is running: open the Windows Task Manager and look for “PReS Connect Service” (or “PlanetPress Connect Service”) in the Background processes section. If it is running, then go take a look at the logs for the DataMapper and the Server (logs are in C:\Users\[username]#\Connect\logs\). Open the most recent log files and try to find any error message that might give you some information about the issue.
