Create Job process in workflow failed all the time

Hi,

I keep getting this kind of error message as below. I create a process with a job preset to get a single big PDF file for all the bills while I branch out the process as another thread with the similar job preset but wishing to get the PDF files grouped and saved into different folders based on the Document set. Both of the job presets worked fine without workflow. However, once I plug them into a process with two branches, they won’t work.

Appreciated very much for any idea and suggestions !

Hi John, is the ‘Page Break Grouping’ option turned on in your ‘Job Creation Configuration’?
If so, can you turn it off, run a test and check if the error still persists?
You could then also try the following: when using ‘page break grouping’, make sure that there are at least two page group ranges specified.
