Is there a way to collect information about a job (B&W vs Color) printed through the Connect Send Driver before the Interaction step (specifically before the Create Web Content step in the interaction process)?
I am trying to get color info for presentation of a job cost when the interaction page is opened for the end user.

I’ll let someone more knownledgeable than me in OLCS answer this but one thing comes to mind; you’ll have to set your logic based on the output printer that will eventually print the job. Some printer will see RGB black as color but not all.

Yeah I figured I was going to run into some of that. I’m trying to cross one bridge at a time. Hopefully this request isn’t a bridge to nowhere.
