Connect Design installation issue

I uninstalled designer recently and tried to reinstall but I got the following error:

And the content in log file as below:

May I know how can I fix it?

Hi @ceci_cheung, I’m sorry to hear that you were not able to reinstall PlanetPress Connect.

An option will be to follow the clean uninstall steps as described on our OL Knowledgebase website Problems during a Connect installation or version upgrade, except the “Connect Workflow Removal” step and second “Clean up the Program Files” step.

I would like to recommend you to open a technical support ticket via our website if the incident does reoccur after following the clean uninstall steps and after reinstalling PlanetPress Connect.

Edited: Removed a “–” character

I uninstalled by clean uninstall steps and got another error as below.

Hello,

Which version of Connect are you trying to install? We have solved most of the occurrances of the latest error you got in our latest version, 2021.1.1. I would recommend that you install that version if that is not the case already.

You may also want to try the clean uninstall procedure but adding an additional step:

  • Delete the folder %ProgramData%\Objectif Lune\OL Connect\CloudLicense

If this still doesn’t work, I would advise to open a support ticket your our team, as mentioned earlier.
