Hi,

My colleague is having an issue with PlanetPress Workflow Config. His configuration components window has disappeared. On the view tab it is selected and is orange, but is nowhere on the screen. Is there any way of resetting the view to default?

  • Close the Workflow Configuration
  • Hold down the CTRL+SHIFT keys simultaneously
  • Start the Workflow Configuration and keep CTRL+SHIFT pressed until the Configuration’s interface opens.

Close PlanetPress Workflow Configuration and restart it while pressing down the Ctrl-Key. This results in Workflow starting with default settings and should bring back the windows.

Please keep in mind, that this will also reset any settings of your Workflow Config like Appearance, Behavior etc. to the default values.
