Column size is not consistant. Every time I open the datamapper the columns resize

Hello- has anyone had issues with the columns of their tables always resizing? I have manually set the size of the tables both via html and in design mode. I make sure the columns match the size of the table. I have a couple tables that after I get he columns the right size I save the file. then when I reopen it to continue working with it, the columns are all re-sized. Does anyone have any ideas. I know its probably something simple I am doing (or not doing). It seems to be mostly with dynamic tables so they are not inside a div.

Have you tried using the max-width property in CSS? Once you know the width of each column, set it to max-width in CSS.
