Catastrophic failure

When running my workflow process for the first time in debug, the Create Print Content task fails with

[0004] W3001 : Error while executing plugin: Catastrophic failure
[0004] Create Print Content: W1603 : Plugin failed - 12:51:29 (elapsed time: 00:00:27:561)

From the elapsed time, it seems to have done most of the work before failing. The same template works fine as a preview from the designer. That is all the info I have - its not a lot to go on. Does the OLConnect_Server service have a log that could assist?

Actually, what you’ll probably want to take a look at is the merge Engine logs. Those can be found in C:\Users[user_name]\Connect\logs\Mergeengine. Note that there may be several logs on the same date, since there can be several Merge Engines working simultaneously, so you’ll have to look at them all.
