Cannot download the document in COTG Apps

Hi,

I installed the Connect in the Window Server 2012 and run the Designed form and workflow properly. However, when I send the document through the workflow to the COTG apps.
I found the following errors.
Cannot download “Delivery Form - CU19035457”: kotlin.Result$Failure cannot be cast to com.nubook.cotg.store.h

Can you provide any suggestions to me to solve the problem?

Where do you see that error?

If it’s in a Workflow process, is it in

  • the process that uploads documents to the COTG server?
  • the process that Mobile devices connect to in order to download the document from Workflow?
  • the process that receives the data submitted by the mobile application?

Or is the message on the device itself?
